I created this staff schedule while I was the manager for Gloucester Pool Resort Marina. It allowed me to track the hours worked by each employee, their time off, and the staffing requirements of the business. It also provided the employees with a clear understanding of their work hours and responsibilities each week.

Choosing Virtual Project Teams

This report was written for my Strategic Management course at Fanshawe College. In the report, I discuss the pros and cons of both virtual teams and co-located teams. I contend that virtual teams are more cost efficient and result in a happier, more productive workforce.
